- Went to up lounge a couple weeks ago and the place was empty. Unless you're having a birthday party or private gathering, I would not recommend it!!

- Up Lounge is one of the nicer places in the clubbing district that attracts an older, more mature crowd (21+), this lounge offers an atmoshpere that is a bit more relaxed and less pretentious than most places these days. entrance is off of john, across the street from milestone's. after ascending a flight of stairs one would enter the first bar area with seating arranged on the sides. past the first bar area is a lounge area with couches and a circular-shaped bed. beyond that is another bar area with a dancefloor. the mixed crowd, as mentioned, is a bit older and for the most part friendly. drinks were not that expensive, dress code is "smart casual" (no runners and athletic gear), and there is no cover. very stylish decor, simple yet elegant.
