If you're a fan of live Jamaican Ska, Calypso and Soca music then you don't want to miss Byron Lee's Dragonaires Boat Ride on Caribana Friday July 29th. The boat cruise is part of Toronto Caribana's Music Festival 2011, with over 5 hours of live music, headlined by Caribana favourite - Byron Lee's Dragonaires. The Dragonaires have released over 60 Reggae, Ska and Soca albums as Byron Lee and The Dragonaires. They now appear in concert as Byron Lee's Dragonaires (since Lee's death in 2008).

This annual Caribana event has helped kick off the Caribbean Music Festival that takes place during Toronto's Caribana Festival. Every Caribana Festival, the Dragonaires Boat Ride Cruise sells out to a diverse crowd of returning, mature festival -goers between the ages of 30-60. It's a great way to chill out on Caribana Friday as you enjoy a Caribbean concert while cruising along Toronto's harbour aboard the luxurious Empress of Canada yacht.

Purchasing tickets early will mean you save more money and will ensure your entry into the event. Caribana events usually sell out weeks in advance.
