- C Lounge is beautiful upscale venue hidden in Toronto. The line at C lounge
is moved rather quickly and the cover is $20. When entering C Lounge, you realize it's a
long narrow club with one of the best patios that Toronto has to offer. The crowd at C Lounge
are all young attractive professionals who are all well dressed. The best aspect about the venue is
the fact that it's not crowded and not too dead. There is a ton of space just to just sit and talk and also
a huge dancefloor where there isn't a ton of people bumping into you every second. C Lounge is definetely a
place to check out if you're a young professional.
My overall rating for C Lounge, 9/10.

- Inside the bar, it's beautiful. I've attended a
television show cast party and a birthday shindig
there.
However, nothing in the bar is worth what you are
subjected to outside.
My friends and I stood at the front of the line in the
biting cold until dozens of patrons crowded in a
semi-circle at the entrance, hoping to get “chosen” to
be allowed inside. The staff/bouncers are smug and
rude. I've heard people say: it's like a cattle-call
or a free-for-all or like Gr.6 when you're waiting to
be picked for a sports team.
We eventually got in after midnight (after paying $20
each).
Save your money for an establishment that treats you
with respect. Don't go to C Lounge.

- I'm severely disappointed by C-lounge. I've never felt more like cattle waiting
in line to give up my money.
The lineup outside was not well organized, it was a semi circular crowd of
people pushing around the entrance hoping to get picked by bouncers. There was
no "queue", just random chaos from all directions.
Somehow the bouncer picked me and the girls that I was with so we ended up
getting in. (the guestlist i was under didnt work). Cover was 10$. Decent.
Next... coat check. It's beyond me how 1 (one!) coat-check girl was assigned to
handle a club full of patrons (a few hunred). Everything is in slow motion and
it took us a good half an hour to get our coats when we were leaving.
Next... ice lounge. Ice lounge is a separate freezer-like addition to
C-lounge, requiring (get this...) ANOTHER line-up OUTDOORS, and another cover
charge. So to get into ice lounge, you have to go through 2 line-ups
(both outside in the cold weather), and pay 2 cover charges.
On the positive side, the crowd was... mature and well dressed. Parking was 5$.
On the negative side: Poor club organization. Everything is SLOW, especially
coat check. No regular lineup, just chaos outside.
If you absolutely have to go to C-lounge, arrive at ... 10 exactly. If
you're there after 10:30 dont even try to get in. Also dont bother with ice
lounge, and dont bother checking in your coat cause you'll just end up
leaving soon anyway when you see what i mean.
Rating 1.5 out 5.

- It looks like nothing much has been written about this place in 2 years, so
I'm giving all you clubbers/loungers out there a little update. The club is
unique as far as the layout goes. Lots of water elements, which sets it
apart from other places. The crowd is definitely much younger - early 20s
to early 30's, and that's fine for me being in my late 20's. But the
bartending service is absolutely the worst I've seen. I asked for a couple
of rum and coke, not only do they overcharged, they couldn't even get the
drinks mixed right. The bartenders didn't look like they want to be there
and definitely didn't look like they want to be seen associating with you.
Overall, I give this place a 3, just because of the nice pool in the back.
For a better time - go to Devil's Martini, less pain, more fun.

- Definitely high class. it is a very mature crowd; and when i say mature, i mean that there are some guys in there in dire need of hair plugs and/or botox treatment.the ppl there are mainly executive types, or girls looking for an executive boyfriend. the girls are all attractive, including the bartenders, washroom attendants etc. this place is definitely a place to go to "be seen" there is not much dancing at all until 2am supposedly (i left at 1am, i just heard there would be dancing later). the music at the beginning was RETRO and then slowly progressed into some house and commercial r&b.
the overall architectural layout is nice, the washroom nicer than the actual mainroom. you cant sit down on the couches because they are reserved for people who spend $300 on full bottles of liquor from the bar-unless of course you make nice with those ppl, then you can have a seat. it's a good place to go if you're older and/or have a lot of money to spend, or if you like to just shmooze with a highly decorative but watered down drink in your hand. the only positive thing i can say from my point of view is that it is a good place to go if you are in your late 20's to early 40's because it is a nice place to go without running into punks, or trashy-looking cheap girls with jersey dresses & j lo boots. when you reach a certain age, most of the clubs available are full of what seem to be kids; but not this one. however, if you like to dance, go crazy and meet new crazy but friendly ppl, in other words if you REALLY like to party, like me, then this is not the place to go. from my point of view i would rate it a 4/10. from an older point of view, i would rate it 8/10.
