General Terms and Conditions

  • March 16, 2020 Update to Refund Policy: Caribana Tickets and Hotel Packages - Tickets and hotel packages purchased for events that are canceled due to COVID-19 restrictions can be used as credit towards ticket and hotel packages in 2021 or 2022. Unfortunately, in accordance with our refund policy,  we are unable to refund hotel or tickets packages. 
  • All ticket sales and hotel packages are final, there are absolutely no refunds. Click Here to view our refund policy. 
  • Please note that all events purchased through Caribana hotel packages or directly through CaribanaToronto.com or Clubcrawlers.com are subject to change. We reserves the right to alter all event details, event names and venues leading up to the event. These changes do not permit refunds.
  • Clubcrawlers.com will not share your information including your email address with any third party company nor will we send you any marketing information. Your email address, billing address and phone number are collected for your security and to confirm your purchase
  • Clubcrawlers.com is not responsible for any incidents that may occur, prior to, during or after any event Management at events reserves the right to refuse admission to or reject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly, uses vulgar language or anyone that fails to comply with any rules and regulations set forth by the venue. In instances where this does occur, refunds will not be granted
  • Under provincial law with some local requirements or certain facility rules, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles and containers of any kind may not be brought into the premises.
  • Clubcrawlers.com reserves the right to cancel any order that is deemed suspicious or fraudulent. This includes but not limited too the use of stolen credit and debit cards.
  • All suspicious credit card and debit card transaction will be referred to the Toronto Police Fraud Department and also to the appropriate fraud department of the issuing bank.
  • Clubcrawlers.com reserves the right to call the issuing bank of any credit or debit card to verify any purchases. If sufficient information to verify a transaction is not provided by the customer, we reserve the right to void the transaction.
  • When picking up tickets or attempting to enter an event, we reserve the right to refuse any customer that may have used a stolen credit card, any customer that uses inappropriate language and any customer that threatens or intimidates the staff.
  • Prices may fluctuate based on international currency rates. These fluctuations are out of the control of Caribana Toronto and may happen at any time.
  • We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to the participant. We advise you to check back and review the terms from time to time. 

Hotel Terms and Conditions

  • Refund Policy: Caribana Tickets and Hotel Packages - Tickets and hotel packages purchased for events that are canceled due to COVID-19 restrictions can be used as credit towards ticket and hotel packages in 2021 or 2022. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund hotel or tickets packages. 
  • All hotel packages must be paid in full within 60 days of the initial group leader's transaction OR June 10th, 2020 (whichever date comes first).
  • Please be advised that prices increase monthly and any outstanding individual group member payments will be subject to any price increases.
  • All hotels will charge a minimum mandatory deposit upon check in. This deposit will cover any incidentals or damages that may be incurred during your stay. If you do not incur incidentals or damages, this fee will be returned to you upon check out. Please see each individual hotel listing page for applicable deposit charges. Please note that this deposits are subject to change at the discretion of the hotel.
  • If you choose to pay for your hotel package in portion payments, you are responsible for committing to the room once your first payment towards the room has been made. You must ensure that all outstanding payments have been made prior to the cut-off date of 60 days following your group leader's initial payment OR June 10th, 2020 (whichever date comes first). If your final payment is not paid, you will lose your hotel reservation, without refund.
  • In order to complete a valid portion payment booking, you must use the group payment link that is automatically sent via email after the initial group leader's purchase. 
  • Please note that all customers are required to pay the applicable hotel prices listed on the website at the time of purchase. Hotel prices will continue to increase gradually each month, so we advise all customers to purchase their portions of the room as early as possible to avoid increased rates.
  • Your official Caribana hotel itinerary and hotel confirmation number will be emailed to you within 4-5 weeks of finalized payment. Your hotel room will not be confirmed until it has been paid for in full by all members of your group.
  • Please review the bedding type for each hotel package carefully before making your purchase (this is found under the 'Room Detail' field). We cannot offer bedding upgrades once your purchase has been made.
  • We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to the participant. We advise you to check back and review the terms from time to time.
