- Quite honestly the worst club I've been too. We called in early to arrange
the VIP service, it was a friend's birthday so luckily we were ushered in
quickly from the limo and avoided the huge line up; only to realise that
there wer not many people in the club. Thus bringing the question why make
people wait in line unecessarily? Is it because you want false advertising
to indicate that it is a popluar club with long line ups? This was only the
beginning of disappointing night. I bought drinks from one of the female
bartenders on the second floor and she was the most rudest, stuck up girl
I've ever come across. There was no sense of welcoming or hospitality, and
to add to this she overcharged, didn't give back the right change and
immediately demanded a tip? Is this really professional?
The music was decent but it did get extremely warm, they had a very poor
ventilation system. All in all I had one of the worst clubbing experience, I
would NOT recommend this club at all.

- So we decide to take a tour of the entertainment district to take pictures at various clubs or that was the plan at least. As we are touring the district, there seem to be only 3 clubs with a long line up (its 12am), Republik, Metro and Inside. We decide to hit up Inside so than we walk up to the bouncer to ask him how long the wait would be, even before we get a chance to ask a question, he tells us to either get to the back of the line or keep on moving. We than tell ourselves the lineup might be take too long and start heading the opposite way when we notice the head promoter Eugene standing outside. He invites us in, allows us to bypass the lineup and get in with no cover, it was a lucky break for us.
The crowd inside was mostly Indian and not “thugged out” which is a big bonus for us. The guy to girl ratio was probably 1.5 guys to every girl which is very hard to find in most clubs nowadays. There were probably around a thousand people on all three floors, and it wasn’t crowded to the point where you couldn’t breathe. There was enough space to walk around and have your dancing space. The bouncers were very careful not to overcrowd any rooms.
The music on all floors especially the main floor was amazing. Baba Kahn was spinning Hip Hop and R&B on the main floor while there were was Reggae and Soca on the lower floor with more Hip Hop in the third room. I don't think there was ever a point where the crowd was disappointed in the music.
I would definitely go back to Inside, the only thing that got on my nerves were the bouncers, they were rude at the front door and when we were moving from one floor to another.
Overall- 8.5/10

- For a first time experience.. it was extremely dissapointing. The only real
good thing about it.. was that fact that eventhough the line up was long
(and you know when you predrink) you have to use the washroom.. the line
went pretty quick.
Someone told me that recently this club was renvoated. I would of figured
it would of been a slightly bigger club.. and would of had both floors open
at the same time.. at all times.. then it might of been a better scene. This
club definatly doesnt live up to its hype. Im not the only one that thinks
that.. The drink prices.. i could go to the liqour store.. and buy a 4 pack
of smiroff ice.. for the same price as you sell one. The music.. is
extremely repetative.. MIND you.. the music on the roof got better through
out the night.. if there would of been some sort of designated dancing
area.. im sure that would of gotten a crowd going. On a scale from 1-10..
this club would be a 5

- Club Inside was a weird experience.. We got together with about 20 people for a
'week-before-my-wedding' partying.. And I wish we went somewhere else..
Ok, first of all, the bouncers were really rude. Who do they think they are? Better
than anyone else just because they attend the door? Let's see these people in
daylight when they step off their little cloud. So rude!!! Treat people like they
are nothing. I mean, when you ask a person a nice, legitimate question, and there is
no one around to take attention away, they, as normal people, should look back, and
either answer, or say they are busy. Where have you seen a guy with his nose up,
purposely ignoring someone?
We got on the guest list with a lady who responded to the email info@inside218.com
and I don't know why, hearing what our party was all about, she didn't suggest a
limo.. But she did put everyone on the guest list, which was nice of her.
Next: the bartenders. Wow, I've never heard anything like what my buddy got from one
of the bartenders there. The NERVE! As soon as we got on the patio, my buddy started
buying us shots. When he left her a tip, she looks at him and says: "This is not
enough, you have to give more" !!!!! So he goes, look, I've got a fifty to break,
so next time I'm going to leave you more, we're not going anywhere... So she takes
one shot away!!!! and says "when you tip better, you will get all you asked for! And
he already paid for the drink!!! I really hope that girl gets fired! First of all,
tips are optional, secondly, she doesn't have the right to speak to anyone like
that. Thirdly, she took away a drink he already paid for... because she didn't like
her tip!!!
Anyway, I didn't like the experience there. Little things like that ruin the night.

- I been to inside quite a few times. i dont know why though really. the club is
overrated and stuck up. theres one particular bouncer that always seems to have a
pickle up his ass. the guestlist line up is longer than the regular line up EVERY
NIGHT. and their dress code must change from person to person because my boyfriend
was dressed rather nicely, and the pickle in his ass bouncer wouldnt let him in
because his dress shirt was too long. we managed to get in after his crybaby ass
calmed down, but inside we see people wearing crusty ass jeans and shoes...so much
for strict dress code. their drinks are watered down like whoa, so if youre gonna
buy drinks there, youre better off with buying water...its cheaper. i dont think ill
go back to this place. oh and its really hot in there.

- I'm going to make this review short and sweet, sadly because iit was a friend's birthday, i drank alot and don't really remember most of the details..spent all night on the patio.. what i do remember is really fast/hot bartenders, a great view (the patio rocks) but house music all night.. i'm suprised the mix of house+tequila didn't leave me puking! The crowd was a bit younger with a few cougs here & there.. what I didn't like was they told me when i called it's "strict dress code" and we show up &
jeans are allowed... crowd is very mixed, and friendly... i'd say average age was 19-21... Lineup was long but the guestlist moved very quickly...I'd definitely check it out again during the summer, mainly because of the patio!

- We arrived at Inside at about 11:30 pm on Saturday June 13th and were surprised to find it wasn't the mobscene everyone (including the guest list girl on the phone )hyped it up to be . We knew one of the promoters so we got into the shorter and supposedly "faster" line but it still took 20 minutes before anyone even checked our id's (considering that itfelt like it was forty degrees outside and their wasent alot of people in line ..we weren't too happy..)we paid the $10 dollar cover (normally $15.. we had
reduced cover passes ) and went in to find we had to wait ...that's right wait.. to get upstairs to the second and third floor.
We spent ten minutes half waiting half contemplating whether we should go get our money back... and then a one of the two rude bouncers at the door barked at us to go upstairs or move (this place really needs to get these guys some sensitivity training , they all act like their on steroids ... strangely ,the guys outside were really nice)I should at this point point out that most of thepeople in the club looked like they just tore the plastic off their id's ...considering I heard this place was a upscale mature spot, I was highly annoyed at having to push through crowds of drunk kids... anyway the second floor was the hip hop room...it was kind of lukewarm ..not alot of people dancing ..slow bar service...dj was ok .. nothing memorable ..he certainly didn't have the skills to move the crowd.
We finally made our way upstairs in hopes of some excitement but found a similar deal...lots of people crammed into a tight space (beautiful view but even hotter up here) the dj was playing house and euro on thisfloor and was really good but again.. no one was dancing . Up here I paid $3.75 for a much need bottle of water and my friend paid $6.00 for a watered down amaretto and coke ..disgusting.... overall it was not a good night ...drinks were expensive ...the crowd was young ...the music was mediocre and the service was crap...I suggest you save yourself the $15 bucks and go somewhere else ...3/10

- Let's just say what a waste of time. 10 of us were on the guest list, it was cold and raining and only 10:30 and the bouncers wouldn't even look for our names on their clipboards. We waited outside for at least 25 min. At one point an extremely rude staff member decided that it would be a good idea to actually push a friend of mine because he wasn't in the line properly. By this point I had had it and told the bouncer to watch who he put his hands on. This started an argument with the bouncer yelling "don't let the little blond girl in here" several times. I guess he couldn't handle this little blond girl by himself.
Maybe these people should realize that the people waiting outside in the rain are the reason they have a job in the first place and they should get some manners. So to all of those thinking about going to this club save your time, money and sanity and go someplace else. This club is not worth it. (0/10)

- This was my first time at Inside on a Friday (March 13, 2004) my friends and I got there around 11 the line up was really really long and the line up for guest list was even worse. I could not believe how slammed it was. We ended up waited in line for about 20 to 30 mins and it was really cold that night. We had passes to get into the club but the guy said we could not use them because they were not filled out by someone who worked at the club. So then what is THE POINT OF GIVING OUT PASSES IF WE can't USE THEM. That guy was so rude he was giving us attitude. Cover was $15 which is way too much for ladies. The coat check line was another 15-30 min wait, upstairs the music was crap, the bouncer on the second floor was also rude he was yelling at everyone "get out of here the second floor is closed." Downstairs was so jammed you could not move, and it was really hot we had no where left to go but upstairs. You could not even bring your drinks upstairs or downstairs all the bouncers just kept yelling at everyone.
It was one of the worse nights I have ever had at a club. I will not be going back there anytime soon. Heres some advice you need to hire new staff who know how to treat people who are coming to your club to make you money with some respect.
Overall 1/10

- This was my first time at Inside (last Fri. Feb 27) and I have heard mixed reviews about the place so I thought I would post my review.
Our original plan was to go to Plastique for my bf's friends bday. We got to Plastique by 10 30- 10 45 stayed for a half hour and left cuz it wasnt great. My bf is a regular at Inside so he wanted to take me there. We managed to have a good time with just the 2 of us at a club... we normally dont go to clubs together and if we do its for a bday or something and we go in a large group. But we had fun just the 2 of us so that says a lot!! LOL
It was 11 15 - 11 30 or so when we got to Inside. There was a pretty big line up but we didnt wait in line/pay cover cuz my bf used to bounce wit some of the doorstaff there. The first floor was pretty busy already and they were mostly playing hip hop/r&b/rap but they managed to mix in a few house/dance trax. The crowd was pretty good.... I noticed there to be an equal if not more girls then guys there (my bf said the same thing). Everyone was well dressed.
At I believe 12 or so they opened the 2nd floor. We were up there for about a half hour maybe and they were playing house ...my bf doesnt like house so we went back down stairs. We bought drinks off some chick upstairs and she was a real snob.... she said we orderd a beer when we didnt and made a fuss about it but whatever.
By this time the 1st floor was RAMMED (round 12 30 or so)... they were playing really good music too... hip hop/r&b. We stayed beside the bar closest to coat check all night and there was one girl who was really nice to us so that made up for the gurl upstairs. I am not to sure about the drink prices or ne thing cuz my bf was treating LOL I will tell u that next friday when its my turn
Other than that... I thought Inside was EXCELLENT!! The decor is really nice and intimate (I liked the first floor and how you had all those cushions and pillows to sit on and stuff... it made the club feel really cozy) I am an interior design student so thats why i have lotz to say bout the decor LOL. I say check this place out for both girls and guys... especially guys cuz i noticed a lot of girls there in packs....
music 1st floor 9.5/10 2nd floor (for what i heard) 8.5/10
staff 8/10
drink prices **get back to u on that 1**
overall 9.5/10

- I decided to go to Inside on Friday December 19th for my birthday. I called the club and put my name on the Guestlist....the promoter (I won't mention your name, Andrew) told me he would get me and 10 of my friends in, with no cover and he would allow us to bypass both the regular lineup and the guestlist lineup if I called his cell when we got there. When we got there he did not pick up his cell until the 10th time I called him. He wasn't much help as we still had to wait in the guestlist lineup for 20 minutes in the freezing cold and to top it all off some of us STILL had to pay cover. Here's a message to all promoters: DO NOT PROMISE PEOPLE THINGS IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO KEEP YOUR WORD. Sure you will get numbers, but your club's reputation will turn out to be a piece of crap. I was pissed off at the lack of service with the promoters @ Inside. Will I go back again? No. Does this club offer anything special? No. Drinks are the same price as everywhere else, & the ratio of guys to girls is 3 to 1. The only way you would see me in the lineup @ Inside again, is if I was so drunk after predrinking, that I thought I was in the lineup for a good club.

- Went to inside nightclub sat oct.25 got there about 11 in the guest list line, only waited 15 min max. the lady handed us 4 tickets when we went downstairs 3 of us paid $10 the other paid $15....the lady apparently didnt realize that the 4 tickets we handed her were for us 4. so we checked out coats and the coat check guy was rude to my friend. stayed on the 1st floor. it got really hot and crowded in there. they didnt open the 2nd floor until 12:15 or something like that. we tried to go upstairs 3 times and everytime we went up there the guy said it's full. we finally got they were playing good music there too. my friend and i were dancing and the dj pushed me out of the way from this tall dude...no idea who he was apparntly he thought he was the shit. these amazon chicks were giving us dirty looks and attitude one wanted to kick my ass b/c she said i hit her in the face. WTF????? we were so annoyed with them we ended up leaving. trying to leave everyone started getting really really rude and pushing and shoving people around i was in no mood to be shoved. go down stairs and my friend couldnt find her ticket for the coat check...we we had to wait 45 min the guy wouldnt let them explain what their jackets looked like..he wouldnt look for them...and he wasn't even busy.
they played good music and it was a good time until about 1:00 because then people had too much to drink and were annoying drunks. i've been to better clubs where people aren't rude, ignorant or sarcastic rich bitches. probably wont be back there anytime soon.
