My date and I went to Sugar Club in Sept 02 on a Sat night, because there wasn't much of a line. Being very tired tourists but big fans of nightlife, we had no clue where to go and decided to check it out. The bouncers stopped us out front until about 5 more people were in line behind us before they let us in. Then they made the others wait outside as they let us in. You go upstairs and expect it to be a bit bigger, but it's more of a cozy lounge with a couple dance areas. A few nooks exist for sitting down. Pretty sparse crowd at 11:00 when we got there, started to fill up around midnight when we left. Bars are small. Music was house and was okay. Nothing here will blow you away. Jen, Pittsburgh.
