Loki Lounge Reviews

Needs to be closed down

This place needs to be closed down. A gang haven, violent, and shady. The place like this should not be located on King west, bun on some back alley somewhere in the suburbs.

Public Danger

Loki Lounge is frequently the scene violent fighting. The security staff harass passerby, lock patrons inside, and facilitate fighting. It is a dank room for irresponsible drinking.

It was recently part of a crime scene involving the shooting of two men, killing one. And was open for business the next day.

It should be closed for public safety.

Decent

I went there last night and the music was amazing. The security outside was letting everyone else in except my party of 20. Mind you, we had bottle service. When we got inside there was a discrepancy with the bottle service. We were told we would get two bottles for $300, but we got one for $180. The crowd was aggressive and felt free to light up INSIDE and security did absolutely nothing about it. These "urban youth" took over our booth and when one of the girls decided to say something, one of them threw her across the club and she was kicked out for it. Seriously, monitor these petty thugs and don't allow them in! Other than those issues, the music was amazing and it was packed.

INSANE!!

In Loki the evening of Nov. 4th, someone in the washroom was aggressively trying to get me to fuck him in the bathroom stall. I told him I was straight but he wouldnt take no for an answer.

Finally I had to pretend I was wielding a needle which I claimed had HIV. I saw him informing the staff and security but apparently he was a known sex criminal.

Awful

My biggest issue was that I couldn't actually stand to be inside this place because of the stench of weed. People were lighting up with a blatant disregard for anyone around them. They weren't even trying to hide it. For example, I could see 4 people directly in my line of vision at any time smoking inside the club. Security did absolutely nothing, even after myself and others complained. It was impossible to breathe. I am not sure how this place is even allowed to stay open.

Bouncers

The security team is the most disgusting I have ever seen. Very aggressive especially that tall ugly douche. Anyone who's ever been to Loki Lounge knows who I'm talking about.

Avoid

In Loki the evening of Nov. 4th, someone in the washroom tried to prick me with a needle which they claim had HIV. I informed the staff and security who didn't act appropriately.

Others need to know.

LOKI LOUNGE JULY 28TH

IM SO EXCITED FOR THROWBACK THURSDAY! ITS GUNNA B SICK LOVE LOKI LOUNGE

bouncers/security team are crooks/thugs

I went there on a saturday and I had a good time untill I left the club. On the way out the bouncer started a fight with a friend of mine who ended up having to go to the hospital. The bouncer recruited some of his buddies and then assaulted my friend. The bouncers accepted a bride(100$) to let me and a pal bypass the line. Great music, expensive bottles, sexy waitreses, unreliable/shady security team.
