If you like haning out with trash and paying $7 a cocktail to do so then this is the place for you. The crowd, the dj, the atmosphere all suck. Don't bother. I could host a better dance party in my living room.

One of the worst night clubs I have ever been to.
Crowd is minimal, you can tell the bartenders do not enjoy the place they work at. Seems the clubs main focus is aiming a quota, verses return customers and gaining a good reputation. Lets just say you'll go here once, and you'll know why you left at 1am- to go to a good place like dirty martini. -

I came here once when it first opened and it blew
I came back this past saturday for halloween cuz i didn't wanna mission it downtown
it has got a million times better!

i've been here numerous times
i obviously keep coming back for a reason
i've started getting bottle service because the girl who works there offered me bottles for $100
its a good time and a good crowd
saturdays are def better than fridays but on saturdays you have to deal with the most annoying promoter.
it's nice for me and my friends cuz we go to sheridan down the street.... i wish drinks were cheaper though -

The place is actually a lot of fun - I was just there this last weekend for a friend's birthday and a few weekends before that for another friend's birthday. Not only were the washrooms clean, but there was a super sweet woman there handing out paper towels. Interestingly enough, some guys that were dancing somehow dropped a glass near us and as we were going to the bar to let someone know - someone else was already there cleaning up the glass!
The staff was really nice and discounted a bottle for my friends and I - we had not planned on getting bottle service but did so anyway. All in all - I really liked it and the patio is gorgeous!
And Simone I think when you're typing "discussing" you mean disGUSTing? The former is when people have a conversation with one another and the later is something gross. I'm not sure... but you used it several times and I just think that someone should tell you how to spell disgusting. -

Made arrangements for my 49th birthday for Sept 24 and had a group of 14 people joining my husband and I.I called Saturday afternoon at noon to make arrangements and spoke to some girl who took all my info and then said some one would call back around 400 pm to confirm reservations. I waited until 500 pm and no one called, so I called again and spoke to Jerry and he said those folks would not call back until much later they had not started yet? My concern is to have firm reservations since we had 14 friends joining us. Jerry took reservations and ensured me everything was good. Arrived at club about 1100 pm and a girl named Caroline introduced herself to us very pleasant and she was going to be our server for the evening, she showed us to our booth. While looking at drink menu a very rude server came over and advised the booth we were in was reserved for her party. I explained we were seated here and she just said we had to move. She did not even apologize or bring Caroline over I just sat and waited for Caroline to come over at this point .Wow...first 5 minutes in clud and not impressed. Caroline was super great and apologized numerous times and had a few words with the rude girl. As it turns out the rude girl had the booth for her group of friends...another wow !!! how rude and how is this allowed?Our booth was okay but too small for 14 people. As the evening progressed and we approached patio for a smoke on the way there was tonnes of broken glass and drinks split all over. The broken glass was dangerous wearing leather bottom shoes not cool.....broken beer bottles on patio. Upon our return to booth both my husband and I pointed out that broken glasses all over floor of club to bouncers. Nothing was done the broken glass remainded on the floor all evening what a joke. Not to mention the terrible bathroom....what a discussing bathroom, one stall locked and 3 open only one had toilet paper. Empty glasses and bottle all over counter or lack there of...water and grabage all over counter and floor, I have never been in a more discussing bathroom. At time of booking I advised I had my 19 year old daughter joining us with a friend or 2 and they advised no problem as long as she was a mature 19 year old...what a joke there was a 19 year celebrating her 19th birthday and this group of people were all drunk and spilling their drinks all over another wow!!! Birthday girl was so drunk she fell outside the club when leaving what a joke!!! and how mature?? Unfortunately my friends and I will not return to this club again. We use to frequent this club when it was Berlin's but unfortnately this place will not have us return. Get responsible management and servers that can take control of discussing drunk people, why continue to serve if so drunk? What a waste of $400.00 could of been at a better club and not have had such a discussing experience. Caroline was the only nice part of the experinece very efficient ,good and pleasant. Keep her she was great and DJ played some great tunes !! Wish you all the success thanks for not such a great birthday bash!!! Oh and fire the rude blonde server...could not believe her attitude...it sucked!! Did not want to rate the club because it does not even rate a 1* sorry!

Washrooms

We visited this place after a high school reunion/get together. After being told one of the guys shoes were not appropriate as it is an upscale club we were VERY disgusted by the condition of the ladies washroom. The only stall that had toilet paper was covered in vomit, that had been there for awhile. The bathroom was filthy. When we inquired about why it was so dirty we were told the girl quit earlier that night so they had no one to clean it up. There were plenty of people working. We plane to get together with the same group of people again soon but I don't think we will return to Stiletto's.

Awesome Service!

Went here to celebrate my 25th last night (Sept 17th, 2011). Dress code is very important (no chuck taylors boys)- one of our friends needed to change his shoes because they weren't dressy. A little disappointed with this as we were a group of 15 ppl and were going to do bottle service and all (but hey, rules are rules). Other than that, we all had an awesome time! Beautiful place inside, excellent location (lots of parking as it's located in the Canadian Tire and Longos plaza)- and parking is free WOO HOO. Outdoor patio had many heaters so was very nice. The lady that helped us with bottle service, Caroline, was AWESOME! She had everything refilled for us without us even asking, she kept bringing us more glasses and clearing up the used ones. This place is perfect for those bored of the "downtown" scene. It wasn't too busy (prob b/c it's still new) but I can see this place generating a lot of hype in the next year or so once more ppl become aware of it. I WOULD DEF RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to everyone!

This place was crazzzy for grand opening. They had a ton of free drinks and a kick ass patio. from now on i'll be here on weekends.
