Delivery Policy

Shipping-All tickets will be shipped out with a timeframe of 3-5 business days unless express delivery is chosen in which case it will be 1-3 business days. Please note that there will be a delay in shipping for early bird hotel packages and tickets as most tickets are not printed until mid May.

Pick Up-Customers are responsible for picking up tickets during mall hours only!! Customer must bring valid government identification along the credit card used.  If customer does not meet the criteria, you will not be able to pick up your tickets and there will be no refund issued.

Will Call-Customers are responsible for picking up tickets at the venue on the night of the event.  Customer must bring valid government identification along with the credit card used. If customer does not meet the criteria,you will not be able to pick up your tickets and there will no refund issued.
