  • WORST CLUB in T.O

I have been to many clubs in Toronto being a resident of the city and I am a firm believer that is club hands down as to be the worst club to attend in the city of Toronto. The crowd is very young almost feels like an all ages. The staff at the club from bouncers to bartenders and servers are rude and not accommodating in the least bit. If you do decide to attend this horrible club my advice would be to leave before last call because of the young immature crowd once the alcohol is cut off the fighting starts. It would be in everyones best interest to not attend this club no matter what the circumstances the King West area is excellent for clubbing and there are many better venues to attend hopefully this club doesn't last long and can be replace with a place that better suits King West

This place is terrible... the bouncers think they're the coolest thing on the planet. obviously have been losers all their life. keep collecting your 20's to skip the line. in the end you're still an uneducated doorman.

  • Great Night

New to Toronto and was told by a friend a coworker to try out this club Atelier. I was warned to get there early and did just that. arrived at 10:45 to a line up that was 15 to 25 deep and it took us less than 10 minutes to get to the front of the line. I was with several friends and one forgot his ID. Fully aware of the club policies we explained the situation to the bouncer at the front door and he was extremely cordial even though he reprimanded us for not having ID. Got inside and was surprised. Even though the venue is small, it was fun and everyone was dancing. The staff there was nice and attentive.
It was a great choice and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

If youre looking for a fun place with great music, great service and an awesome crowd of people, you really should not check this place out. This place is not not big and the staff are not very friendly. The bouncer let in select people, I was not one of them. The bouncer told me I wasnt allowed in because of a personal reason. Who knows what that means. Please do not go here.

  • Unorganized, rude door people

Stay away, spend your money elsewhere.
This club is the worst I've ever been to in my life. I'm 26 and I am not a hardcore clubber but i've been to many in my lifetime and this has got to be one of the worst if not the worst in Toronto.
The place is small (and you can't fault them for that) but their fault lies in their rude and unprofessional staff. The guestlist girl was rude when people were informing them they had bottle service or question why the line wasn't moving. One staff was nice, he was a bald south asian gentlemen (not sure if bouncer or promote). However the black bouncer would only let someone in if you greased him a $20 bill or if you were his friends. I understand that the club/lounge is small and may be over capacity, but be fair to the people patiently waiting in line for at least 40-60 minutes (especially if they bottle service too). I understand there are VIPs, and friends you may have to let in first but it was ridiculous. We waited close to the front of the line for over 45 minutes. During this time I saw the bouncer let in at least 30 people who either greased him $20 each or were his friends, while the rest of the line stood there. Eventual half the people in the line left. We stayed because my friend had a booth for a birthday inside.
We eventual got inside and the space looks alright. It was small as said; about 200 people capacity. The drinks were average price and bartenders were nice and professional. Music was top 40, nothing special. The crowd was 80% south asian, and the other 20% other races. The age was 19-24 year olds. I advised people to look for somewhere else to party and spend your hard earn cash. This place is not worth a $20 grease to get in or a 30min + wait. for that price or time, there's better clubs.
