i attended faces on friday the 27th.
Positives:
Both floors were busy
Attractive crowd
$100 Belvederes
good booth security so randoms cant come into your booth.
No fights - Good Energy
Negatives
The crowd was very drunk (probably due to $3 Shots)
I had some friends who were not in our booth and they lined up for about half an hour - 45 minutes outside
Slow service from some of the bartenders - took like 3 minutes to get a shot at a point
overall a good experience -

went to this club on sat night.. it sucks balls. the lower level was DEAD! no one was dancing! the upper level was busy cause thats where all the bottle service was. literally though the place sucks. no people, music is bad, the crowd is mainly guys. will never go back! even the bouncer outside said that they were growing the line cause no one was inside (AT 11PM!!!!!!!!!!) go somewhere else.

we had no clue where we were going so me and my friends walked around richmond looking for a club. we were stopped by a faces rep who gave us free cover. long story short there's a reason why we got free cover! because the club was dead and so far away the rep called this sketchy van to come pick us up. the only reason we went was because the rep was nice. a little too aggressive but nice. anyway it was all just a front. waste of time but i guess i can't complain too much. what do you expect for a free party.....

I really don't get the negative reviews....I have been to Faces several times and always loved it! I am going tonight to celebrate my friends birthday and we all can't wait! So awesome it happens to be the same night as the Faces anniversary party!

I have not even been to the club yet but reading the reviews it seems like there are more racist comments than anything else, if you have a problem with "brown people" and the "brown town", then don't go to that location. We are in 2012 guys, like come on. If you expected techno, I've seen other listed clubs with that listed as their music, learn to choose your places instead of confusing other people who do not mind being around people of color.

We went to Faces nightclub for my brother's birthday. we got a VIP service. Everything went smooth as first, we got in with no problem, all 15 people without waiting in line. We got a booth which could fit 8-10 people. Bottle service not too bad (didn't know though that for a fourth bottle requested in addition to other three included in a bottle service we'd have to pay extra $15!!). The music SUCKED, horrible. Tried requesting song for the night, paid $60.00, have been promised to play after 1:00am, kept on asking and asking every 15 minutes...at the end of the night the DJ wouldn't acknowledge that he had been asked to play yelling at me in front of others "you didn't give me any f***ing money" ...then I've been told to get out of the club. Nobody was drunk, we were just celebrating my brother's 20th birthday. We were literally shocked. Horrible, never again.

went here for my birthday, dropped 300$ on bottles, the promoter I was talking to was an chill guy and I switched to this club because Time wasn't responding to my messages. We got there and the V.I.P line was longer then the normal one so we had to wait a bit. I went up to the bouncer and and said hey my name is______ and I bought VIP through Sam, the bounce was like yea your going to have to wait outside to sober up. All of my friends were pissed considering it was my birthday and thats when things went downhill. All I did was introduce myself, show them my group, yes I was drunk but honestly I would have been way less of a hassle for security if they had of just let me in in the first place, refusing me entry when I paid 300$ did not sit well with me. Eventually I got in and my friends got me drinking way more cause I was late. In general the security need to do a way better job, maybe paying for VIP wasn't exactly what I thought it was but when I pay that much I think everyone at the club should be trying there best to make sure you have an amazing time. If someone is too drunk, have the bottle service waitress bring me a cup of water. And the club promoter needed to hold his word, I told him I was bringing 15 people and that I would settle for a booth with seating for 8 or 10, our booth was only 4 seats.
Sorry Faces, I may have been drunk but I still know when you're being a dick to your customers -

Me and my girls went to check it out this past saturday and we left after about 15 minutes... We don't go to clubs often but when we went inside faces we were totally turned off by the crowd and the music. We went to i think its called easy on the 5th and had a way better time!!!

OMG ! Those two so called "5 stars" ratings are SUPER BULLSHIT ! Definitely the owner / promoters wrote them, because I can guarantee that no one in their right mind would rate this club 5 stars and compliment the "wall paper".
I went there this past Sat wth my girlfriends. And I thought I was going to puke because it was such a terrible club. My friends warned me how terrible it was, and I thought to myself oh well, I'll check it out maybe my friends just had a bad night that's all. NO . WRONG. DO NOT GO HERE. It's a terrible club and the people who work there are so mean and rude.

My friends have been telling me for a while that Faces is really fun. Finally this past weekend I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did. I had so much fun! The club is really cool I especially love the black and white "faces" wallpaper. I enjoyed that you could watch the dance floor from the booths upstairs. I thought the music was good, the service was friendly and the crowd was popping! Will for sure being telling everyone I know to try it out!

My girlfriends and I haven't been out downtown for a while. One of my friends suggested Faces so we decided to check it out on Friday night. The line up was pretty long but we waitied about 10-15 minutes to get inside. The place was packed but we managed to find our spot on the dancefloor. We spent most of the night dancing. Music was amzing. We'll defianately check it out again for our next girls night out!

PEOPLE SMOKING INSIDE!!!
We had booth and bottle on the top floor. Some "gangsta" decided to light up a smoke right beside our booth... so I went to the guy serving us, he said it is security's problem. So I go speak with the 6'5" huge guys wearing FACES nightclub shirts, tell them the situation. And they say it is not their problem either... Very assuring to know that there is no security in a ghetto-ass club.
As a solid group of 21 year old students, not going to FACES again. -

It was horrible, I hated it. Ghetto crowd, so horrible. Two of my friends had their phones stolen right in front of them. Service was bad and the environment is just sketch. So trashy and ghetto. Never will I ever go to Faces again.

every time i go downtown on a friday/saturday night i always see lineups for faces, so my friend and i decided to go to faces last night and can i just say that it SUCKED. i signed up for guestlist on the website a couple days ago and they didnt even have my name on their list, luckily the guy still let us in for free. we got in and they were playing house music, so i got really excited thinking it was going to be a good night. drinks were $3 until midnight which was good too. as the night grew later more and more people came and i felt like a minority... everyone was brown!!! and the guys out numbered the girls 3 to 1!!!! the music went from top 40 to STRICTLY hip hop. may i just add, for a friday night, this place was NOT busy or packed at all. my friend and i regret coming to this place. this place is not a good time at all. and to boot, all the guys were dancing, i didnt see any girls dancing at all. even the bartenders looked bored because no one was buying drinks. my friend and i left by 12 30 because we werent having a good time AT ALLLLLLLLL. save your money, go somewhere else because this place is a complete dive.

crowd: all guys.. majority brown.
prices: for $3 you'll get a watered down bar rail. took me 5 drinks to actually feel something.
washrooms: tiny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and they're unisex!!!! washrooms smelled like a fish market.
patio: CLOSED! if you wanted to have a smoke you had to go all the way outside to the front of the club..... with no heaters. -

Piece of shit club. There are like 20 or more clubs in the area, dont waste your money or time at this dump. You probably would have fun because you are with your friends but you will regret choosing this place .
Like what it has been said before , bartender and bouncers are rude and tards. I was doing bottle service , and I asked for a glass of water , the bartender told me there is only bottled water for $4. WTF ? And so I asked if there is tap water, she told me to go get it in the bathroom . What a fucked up bitch and establishment ! You can't deny someone water when you are a venue !
Do yourself a favour and don't deal with this crap ! -

STOP thinking that your club is the shit, because no one is going to give a crap about it after 2 more months. So you should start treating your customers better.
Their cage dancers makes the venue look so cheap. Definitely NOT classy. WILL NEVER go there again.

Faces nightclub is one of the worst clubs I have ever been to!! It's nasty and looks like an old warehouse on the inside, and the music wasn't good at all. The service was awful, everyone from the bouncers to the bartenders to the coat check people to security were just awful. They hype it up on their site and with their advertising but it's really just a bad experience! If youre considering going, Don't! Spend your money else where, anywhere else would be a much better time than here!!

She is booking cage dancers for FACES nightclub and wripping the dancers off by paying them different rates and lying about various aspects of the job
