Beautiful place, horrible service

Attended a wedding at this venue and was extremely surprised by the lack of customer service and disorganization at this place! Half of the hall was served appetizers while the other half was left waiting for over two hours! When we approached three different waitresses about this, no action was taken and we were told that appetizers were closed! Horrendous service provided by the staff! Beautiful place but would never want to attend due to this kind of staff attitudes! Management should really consider addressing this issue
