Boss Night Club Nightclub Reviews

Senior Project Manager

I am 31 years old and i have been in the business of customer service and experience for about 15 years. i can tell you brand recognition and net promoter score and ability to resolve difficulties are all tied to a customer's experience index. after celebrating my birthday at boss night club on january 13th, i can tell you they lack customer experience. i was told to provide a $100 email transfer to reserve the booth for my event. i was told, if i pay in cash, i would then have to pay $220/bottle and i can save on paying tax. Once i arrived at the club, i had to give the hostess the full price (not less my $100 deposit). then, when i reached out for my deposit back after almost 1 month of back and forth the only options are $100 credit to the club, or and $80 cash transfer because "of the transaction fee and hst we need to pay." if the hostess did not take the extra $100 from me the night at the club, i would not be paying any fee because it would be a cash transaction. first i was told it was because i didn't buy 3 bottles, which i did and provided a receipt, then i was told that it was my responsibility to tell bottle service i already gave a deposit to book a booth - when a deposit is required to book a booth. all this for a club in markham. not to mention, it took the hostess 30 minutes to come over to our booth to take the order for our bottles. i do not recommend this club. if you are booking in the east end, i recommend cocktail house or dream resto lounge where they are more organized with the admin and the service is better.
