We went to this place for a friends birthday, cover was $10 which was awesome, but now we know why. We got there at 11:30 and it was empty. The venue is tiny which doesn't help either. When our group of 25 showed up, atleast it looked a little full. It did not pick up later in the night as the coatcheck, bouncers, or bartenders told us. The bar staff was rude, not personable, and could have cared less to get us drinks. The dj that played refused to take requests and didn't even know what some of the songs we tried to ask him for were (they were well known songs....) all i can say is lol i have no idea how this place survives!

I would never go back to this place. The bouncers are very disrespectful. We spent over $1500 in bottles there which probably paid for the staffs wages yet the entire staff was rude and no help.

This place has no customer service! After booking bottle service and purchasing 2 bottles our server left without returning our id and the manager was too busy to talk to us!!! I would never recommend this club to anyone doing bottle service! I was so polite and not ever rude! The only thing they offered was to mail the id?! Meanwhile they checked their server before she left to make sure she gave all the money!!! Worse experience for bottle or what they call vip service ever!!!!
