How does this place survive?

Despite the super nice staff and old ass security guards- this venue sucks.
Its always empty, they barely do anything in the way of maintaining it and they don't really promote their events well. The fact that the cover is low on most nights doesn't actually help either, apparently.
They should revamp this venue, clean it up and re-open. The kind of people who show up are fine, they just don't draw in nearly enough people... ever.

Weird vibe in this place, it's a small club and it never seems to fill up, the people that are there are usually a sketchy sort that look like they'd try squeegee your car against your will. Not sure how this place makes money since none of them ever seem to buy anything. It looks an awful lot like this place is a front for something.
