Been here a few times and I feel its getting better. The staff and management have stepped up the game. Last time I went I felt it wasn't as good as this past Saturday when I went. Music got way better and crowd is def older now. The only think I don't like is the layout, its more like a box, but i guess since its a club with music, alcohol and great service, what does it matter right...
Great thing about Mansion is they don't hold the line like other clubs do. This really helps in the winter so me and my girls don't freeze outside waiting in line.

ive been on a friday and saturday for my friends bdays. same shit just a different night. ugly people, boring music, dirty unisex washrooms, cheesy club decor, rude bouncers... i could go on but i'm not going to waste my time. don't waste yours!
Went this past Saturday and I have to honestly say, Mansion has really gone a far way. They have a great crowd and great music. I went back in the day and I didn't like it, but now they have really turned things around. Me and my guys had a great night!!

Best thing about this club is they don't hold the line, so when its cold outside i get right inside within a few mins. It looks dead outside, but the inside is always popping!

Went last night to celebrate my friend's birthday. It was the worst clubbing experience ever!!! Service was ok, but it was sooooo dirty there, people were throwing up on the dance floor! Not recommended for people who feel more comfortable in a mire mature crowd, the crowd is mostly college- university students. Music was ok, but not great.
went this past Saturday, and had a decent time. The line outside took a while, but it was worth it inside. I signed up for guestlist, but never got my reduced cover. the guy outside told me to ask at the cash and when I got there they said they didn't have my name. Drink prices were a bit high for a basement club, and the vibe wasnt that great. DJ played same old top 40 music, nothing new. Overall, it was ok, but there are way better clubs out there!!

Very disappointed tonight. One of the worse clubbing experiences I've had in Toronto. I've been to many, but this takes the grand prize. My friends and I went there for a birthday and did not get a reduced cover as planned. One of my friends got accused of being too drunk even before we got into the club. The bouncer said he can come in 45 minutes, so we waited and still got rejected even through the hour line. Cover was $20, but it is a waste of money. It is basically a basement, don't get fool by the decor on their website. If you really want a bomb night, go to Wet Bar next door.
This Club is one of the best clubs left. I like it a lot and would for sure come back to party here anytime. The people that say they didn't have a good time here are messed up big time. Take a few less drinks and maybe you will enjoy your time more! or maybe take a few more drinks.

I read all the reviews and was a bit sketched out to go to Mansion, we took a party bus on NYE and had to wait a good 15minutes in line not that bad I guess. They had great music the drinks weren't THAT bad like I thought they would be. The only thing I was dissapointed in was the ticket said we would get; party favours & champayne, and none of us got either of those, like why put that on the ticket if you aren't gonna do it? Also it kind of sucks because the boys bathroom is upstairs and the girls in downstairs, so all night we had to run downstairs and push through a crowd of people to get to the washroom. Other then those few glitches great club, will be going back .
This Club Sucks, I went there for my Birthday, first off worst service, i got a booth we had to wait in line for at least 20 min to get in, Second the booth came with a free campaign bottle which we never got, coat check is a must but i would recommend you don't bring it to the club because they where handing out random coats i received 2 random coats until they gave me mine on top the girl behind the counter was rude and swearing at me. third off you have random people coming and sitting in our booth, the only good thing about this place is their music other than that is a garbage club.

it is was beautiful culb. The personal are very friendly. I do nt any complain about the night culb. I wanna ask the people to there have fun not to do dirty dance. These reviews don't make any sense to me. Went by Mansion last night to see a friend for a birthday party. Was excepting a bad night, but it was great. Lots of girls, a clean crowd and the Dj was amazing. Ended up buying a bottle at the bar and the bartender (red hair) was so nice she didn't even charge me for the red bulls. Obviously the people who wrote these reviews are either the competition or losers that never go to clubs . Mansion you have me as a regular customer . see you next week ..
I've now been to this club every night after a few years and it hasn't really changed... the service is decent, but the security, the crowd and other factors usually make for a bad night in the end... I can't say I'd go back. As much as the club is trying to defend itself, it's true. I think people with more class wouldn't end up going there.. it's for young crowds who can't afford other clubs or don't know any better.
It can be an ok night if there is minimal interaction with the staff and anyone in the club, lol.
its getting crazy here hahahaha its actually very funny. someone is obviously sabotaging this club on here on purpose. i am in the industry and work at another club on fridays and that is the truth. mansion is actually good friends of mine and they are very busy on friday nights and their party is amazing, especially considering the slow times out there. these are obviously false and made up reviews but the competition. anyone can post on here free of saying who they really are so take it for what is. clearly false negative reviews by other clubs or promoters. which i as one myself do no believe in. the club is very busy and ran well. take it for what it is and check it out and make your own decisions.
NOV.11TH. 2011 dislike. This club is so outrageous, I've never encountered such terrible service; not even at mcdonalds. The covergirl was so rude, sitting back there chopping on her gum should be a bit more respectful if shes going to behandling customers money. the coat check insisted on kicking me and myh group out because they didnt give us a ticket for our checked coat. Drinks are 8$ roughly so an approx. 80% profit. 90's hits? 50 cent? not even a real dj. So ultimatley your going to be paying 20$ to get into the door to go dance in a basement??. 5$ for coat check ;depending on how any drinks you get 10$ per drink and 20$ for parking??.fyi the pictures look nothing like the club, maybe if they'd clean the floors and counters once in a whille . I celebrated my 20th birthday last friday with my friend who just turned 19 and we both decided to get a booth. Well let me tell you something, I showed my ID to the bouncer AND HE REJECTED MY OWN DRIVERS LICENSE!!! Honestly, This bouncer's excuse was that my haircut didnt match my current hairstyle... I wasted another hour going back to my hotel to get my passport (which thank goodness i brought) and when I went back to show him my ID, he looked like he was gunna reject me again! I showed him my University card, 2 of my credit cards with my name on it, and the moment when he look like he wasnt gunna take my passport, I told him I brought my passport with me. He finally let me in..
Moral of the story: the booths might be cheap here but you honestly get what you paid for. Do youself a favor and go somewhere else
I went to mansion lastnight for my 20th birthday with 13 of my friends. We didn't get the reduced cover charge like we were suppose to.. Which doesn't surprise me seeing all of the other reviews who said the same thing. Mansion is the worst club I have even been to.. And should not be on the list of torontos top 10 clubs..... Just want to say, mansion doesn't look anything like it does it the pictures, it's TINY inside and it looks like someones basement. The decor isn't anything special the pictures are deceiving. My understanding was the the bathroom was for men and women .. I didn't see any men (not that I cared) but my boyfriend was told that he had to use the bathroom that was upstairs? The security at mansion is wack.. My friends were making out at our booth and security came up and kicked them out because they guy was apparently "falling asleep" !!!!??wtf? My friend called and it was suppose to be $4 drinks on Friday.. Which it wasn't ?? Or the bartender was just charging us full price ? And begging for tips... I have to say that our bottle service girl was amazing though she was so nice and actually deserved a tip. I tried to make the best of my night at mansion, but I can definatley say that I won't be going back to this place ever again. I should have listened to all the negative reviews that it got. I have no idea why mansion made it on the list or torontos top ten clubs because I have been to WAY nicer clubs.
Went in with a few people for my friend's 19th. They claim to give you a $5 discount on cover price if you're on guestlist, but they made us pay the full $15.
Other than that, I had a decent night. The bouncers were surprisingly friendly, as were the bartenders. The music was acceptable, and the club was a bit small. The smoking section however, is ridiculously tiny, it's literally a 10x5 foot fenced in box. Even though I don't smoke (my friends do, so I usually go out with them while they smoke). Decor and lighting on the inside is quite nice though.
It's an okay club overall, and I wouldn't mind going again, but there are far better spots in Toronto to go clubbing.
Worst club on the planet.
Got kicked out of the bar for being in the same stall as my girlfriend. Told them she hadn't been feeling well earlier and I was checking on her. She was fine. Security immediately called for "back up" and claimed because her eyes were glossy she had been puking and had to leave.
When I claimed it was discrimination they said "Lesbians come here all the time, you can do that shit at home" Implying we were doing whatever in a bathroom stall. The reality is girls go to the bathroom together all the time so we all know that's a ridiculous concern. Not to mention I was in the stall for 20 seconds at most before they made me get out which I left willingly.
Don't know about you guys but there sure isn't a lot of sexy time in 20 seconds, especially since watching someone pee isn't my thing.
Bull Shit place. I highly suggest not going.

Nobody should be mistreated at a club. Really read the reviews and see what the overall message is... this club is bad and a lot of people are harassed by security or have had some sort of bad experience. Maybe a couple of nights for a few people were good.. but usually it's when it's a university night and everyone knows each other and school organizations are involved so if people are mistreated it will be made public.. whereas on a regular day to day basis when there are no special events, people are on power trips here
I'd say the VIP servers were the only people on point. Kudos to those ladies.. but the crappy security and bouncers... especially this one horse-faced B&*%! lol.

I personally, who was celebrating my 22nd birthday, was picked up by arm pits and legs and thrown out on to the side area of the club, because I asked for a justification for them being kicked out and being mistreated after pretty much spending a grand at the club. I have cuts and bruises all over me and injuries to my ankle and wrists. I spoke with a police officer, am filing a report and am contacting management.
This is not a safe environment, seeing as you are treated this way by the bouncers. Not to mention there are constantly people trying to steal your bottles (this happened about 3 times)... yet security is so caught up discriminating and worrying about unimportant things that they don't even see the bigger picture.
Also, I might add legally this club is questionable. Last year they let me in with an expired passport-- mind you, I was okay with that... but just think of all the under-aged people they're letting in to this place...
Can't wait to see this place shut down-- long overdue.

One of my girlfriends celebrated her birthday at Mansion nightclub a couple of weeks ago. I was very unimpressed with the security guards who treated everyone rudely for absolutely no reason. The club was small and the pictures are decieving. The atmosphere was terrible, although the music is okay . I would never return to this club again.
Me and my girlfriend celebrated our birthday at Mansion a few Saturdays ago and we all had a blast. We got a booth and everything was very organized. We didn't wait long in line, and the bottle service host did a great job! Good clean club, cheap bottles and very good music.

Bouncer did a TERRIBLE job and wouldn't let A LOT of people in (despite waiting in line..) unless you really dress up or bring a hot girl. Told some people to pay $20 cover, and the music was HORRIBLE.
it was ok. Nothing special. Didn't like the way the bouncers treated my friend though. Telling her, when she showed her ID, that it didn't look like her. and we paid $20 while one of my friend paid only $15! WHAT??? I need my $5 back!!!!! oh well, bad club. ok music I guess.

I went to mansion and it was horrible! DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT go to this club. You will be extremely disappointed. The crowd was terrible. Filled with an abundance of immature, disgusting and annoying underaged people. I even got harassed by the body guards. Maybe they should hire guys who actually do their job, instead of hitting on every damn female. Music was extremely poor, the DJ was complete garbage. And for some damn reason the top floor was not open. I will not be going back to this club!
Our few times at Mansion have been more than fine and I personally know the security at the venue, mainly the security head. I am not giving a biased opinion here because of that but I'm sitting here reading some of these postings and they are clearly made up or false or competition or something of the sort but the stories are outrageous. Got kicked our for being in the bathroom too long? Arrived at 10pm and didn't get in until 11:30?? These are definately not true and I have confirmed that. I just believe in an even playing field and Mansion and its attached clubs, loft and suite 106 or whatever, are like the busiest and one of the best entertainment buildings left in the core. Just didn't agree with the made up attacks which clearly have other reasons behind them.
We arrived there at 9pm because our friends are the security guards so we got the ride in and had to wait for the club to open. People started coming and the ratio was 6:1.. So MANY GIRLS! but thats not all.. If you buy a bottle wouldnt you want to sit in a nice vip area? Where the glass tables dont fall over and the floor isnt peeling? I think i witnessed about 2 full bottles falling on the floor and breaking because of the glass tables not being sturdy.
Male and female bathrooms are all over the place.. Its not a unisex bathroom like the website states.. The worst music i have ever heard and i cant believe the crowd is so young and immature.. The guys were annoying us and we couldnt dance properly. Especially when they couldnt take NO for an answer and kept coming back. Even though we got free entry and a few free drinks.. I would never ever come back there, even if it was the last club left on earth!

First off, if you read some of the reviews, especially the ones with "me and my girlfriend had a good time" guess who wrote that? People who work at Mansion. Dear Mansion, if you want to inflate your ratings, then have a different positive comment each time, instead of the same thing.
Anyways, the club is alright. It's a bit old. The pictures are rather deceiving, it's a smaller club, and if you're a bit older (23+), go to King West, or Yorkville. The music is fine, however, this club poses to many problems. Bouncers are picky, they only let in a certain type of "demographic." Which is unfortunate, because I thought Toronto had evolved...not so.
Seriously, there are better choices in Toronto.
You deserve being #3 it had great music, hot women, nice bottle service, and not a long line up. Everything went just right that night for me and my boys highly recommended for any young adult that likes to party hard, and BTW bouncers where nice even though they kicked me out (to drunk)

Where do i start?... first they make us wait outside in the cold when i have bottle service and put me in glist line instead...bouncer are retarted...bring passport license healthcard,,cause apparently even when your 23 they need too see a whole bunch of ids ..bouncers kicked out few of my friend because they were "drunk" when one of the guys didn't even drink at all =/ ... bouncers were on there periods...avoid this club ..plenty of better clubs around..don't waste your money and your time here...no idea how this is #3 club should be #50....does not even deserve 1 star but i had no choice had to put it.
Went there on a Saturday night while z103.5 was playing and did not have a good time. The dj's choice of music for the first half of the night involved retro 80 and 90's songs and only near the end of the night did he actually start playing more recent music.
The crowd consisted of a few cougars and then a decent mix of 19-25 year olds.
The bouncers were all fine apart from one who rudely accused an innocent male of sneaking in when in fact that was a false accusation not to mention that also ended up being rude to certain female customers right after, no respect whatsoever.
Overall I would give it a 5/10.

The crowd was terrible. Kids were throwing racist taunts and also girls crying because they lost their coat (drama queens). Overall the crowd is ghetto. Not recommended for 25+ or anyone with any degree of sophistication.

Me and my girlfriend celebrated our birthday at Mansion a few Saturdays ago and we all had a blast. Good clean club, cheap bottles and very good music. Seemed like one of the busier buildings around and didn't have to wait long too get in.

worst worst WORST CLUB EVER! We went on the Lunar new years event & freezed our asses off outside for about ONE HOUR. We got bottle service & the promoters told us to go wait in the WRONG LINE. At first, we were placed in glist & regular cover line-up which was 10x longer then when we were near the front, we were told to go to the bottle service line (where were suppose to originally be). Honestly what is the point of holding up a line-up outside? Does the staff want us to freeze our asses off? not to mention, half the ladies who came were wearing dresses.
Also, my friend got bottle service for the main floor (mansion) & we ended up upstairs beside the DJ booth at loft where there was literally no crowd. Server came right when we arrived & expected us to order right away. Quick service as in VERY QUICK!
Also, I find it really ridiculous how we have to go through coat check even though we already have a booth.
Overall, crappy experience. I will never hold my own party there!

Me and my girlfriend celebrated our birthday at Mansion a few Saturdays ago and we all had a blast. Good clean club, cheap bottles and very good music. Seemed like one of the busier buildings around and didn't have to wait long too get in.
paid for a booth on the main floor and we got a booth on the 2nd room, we had 4 bottles and we couldnt get drinks to mix with the vodka for the girls we were with because we were not in our booth so the bar tenders wouldnt give us anything ..Club was full of kids under age punks, some of my brothers friends where in there drinking and partying they were all under age staff was rude and even thoe i was with my girl i noticed it was a big c()cK FEST 8 guys for every girl and fights all over the place THE WORST CLUB
thank you for all the honest comments, i was planning on doing my birthday at mansion and for sure i am not going to do it there anymore, just knowing others weren't treated right. I will be taking my money else where. Can anyone recommend a good club which have a nice booth area because i have about 25 people coming next week.
What's the point of showing off what a poppin' club you have by creating and purposely holding up a line when you're already rated #3 in town? Or is it because you're severely understaffed and can't handle the capacity?

All the reviews that have written on this page is all factual. My friends birthday was on Friday, and I heard from previous mates that this was the place to party and drink on a Friday Night. We called the club 5 days in advance to book bottle service, not to mention could not get through to the club and could not leave a message because the inbox of the voicemail was full. Finally got through to the club they told my friend that she would recieve bottle service on the zebra printed booth area. Arriving at the club, the line for paying to club fee was ridiculous and there was only one person working, (took forever), coat check was even longer and it was a must. They placed us in some sketchy booth area firstly and then came to our realization it was another groups booth, then had to be seated at another SKETCHY booth area....2 servers, waitied 30 min to get out bottle, and another 10 for chasers...this was pathetic.
Two friends got kicked out without their jackets & the bouncer did not give a reason as to why they had to leave, just told them to get out!
The only good thing about this club was the music....dancefloor was quite small, the pictures are decieving.
P.S COED BATHROOMS....not a good idea...line up was long & it was the only bathroom in the club...ummm!!
This Club should not be rated #3 more like #30
i have to say this club knows nothing about quality customer service. they forgot to mention that bottle service was first come first serve. so when we show show up ard 11:30pm they set us up in some ghetto! booth area less than 2metres from the washroom. after they had tried to put us in someone else's booth. There were only two servers working so service was eXtremely slow.
Three of my friends got kicked out even though they were perfectly fine. The bouncers were rude and inconsiderate and where perfectly fine with letting my friends freeze outside without their coats.
The music was good and the dancefloor was decent. We all had a good time, but definitly the service could do with a lot of imporovements. I recommend not to order bottle service.
Mansion definitely did not live up to its hype.

I attended this club for new years. I had a blast! Good looking crowd, good music, nice staff, decent priced drinks. Overall I give it a 9/10

I went to this club on new years eve. It was very small and crowded and no party favours were given to us, such as hats, noisemakers, champagne...
The bouncer was extremely rude and would not let us in even though we were perfectly fine. He let in a guy who walked into a pole because he was so drunk.

Went out here in november, place was good, don't have sunglasses on you at the door, they won't let you in with them. the VIP on their webpage doesn't work, so don't rely on that. over all good crowd, the washrooms are Co-ed which was kinda weird at first but once the initial shock wore off it was alright, good place to get drunk!

My friend had his birthday there a in November 2010.We had put our selves on guest treated rudely by male promoter also our booth was given away and we show up at 1045 pm. It wasn't even busy someone really has to reevaluate promoter and only front door man or procedure . Bar staff was every helpful great job.Remember it called to entertainment industry. I will never go there again and have advise all my friends not to go there and Face-book friends.

Was there Friday, November 5th 2010. Music wasn't very loud compared to other clubs. Layout was just "ok". Washrooms were in need of either repair or renovations. Music selection was good, but the quality of the sound was poor. Bouncers also unlawfully assaulted (by way of punching) on one of my friends when he was thrown out. This is in the entertainment district...I suggest you find another club.
This Club is one of the best clubs left. I like it a lot and would for sure come back to party here anytime. The people that say they didn't have a good time here are messed up big time. Take a few less drinks and maybe you will enjoy your time more! or maybe take a few more drinks.
Our few times at Mansion have been more than fine and I personally know the security at the venue, mainly the security head. I am not giving a biased opinion here because of that but I'm sitting here reading some of these postings and they are clearly made up or false or competition or something of the sort but the stories are outrageous. Got kicked our for being in the bathroom too long? Arrived at 10pm and didn't get in until 11:30?? These are definately not true and I have confirmed that. I just believe in an even playing field and Mansion and its attached clubs, loft and suite 106 or whatever, are like the busiest and one of the best entertainment buildings left in the core. Just didn't agree with the made up attacks which clearly have other reasons behind them.
Wow, I was looking around to see which club I should celebrate my birthday at, Mansion sounded great on the website, until I read all these bad reviews!! I will definitely not be wasting my time or money at a place where I`m going to be treated this way by the staff!
It's an ugly place- within half an hour my friend and I got kicked out because we were in the bathroom too long?? anyways they are rude and not worth it I am sure there are better clubs out there this place should be shut down

Some of the comments I'm reading are a little ridiculous. I mean honestly! I went a few weeks back and had a blast. The night started off a bit slow but what would you expect on a friday at 10:30 pm in the city. Most of the near by clubs were't saying much but it was bumping by just after midnight. The hosts were generous (actually he was kinda hot), the booths were all taken :(
I think I'll check it out again this week. It saw on another website that they're doing Free Shots till 11 for their 1 Year Anniversary. Hmmmmm
We went last Friday and had a blast and our booth was fine. No complaints. Good mixed crowd, good music and the place was busy compared to what I saw walking up the club.
Fridays downtown sucks except this place. I've never tried Saturdays though...
My friend was planning on having her birthday here, and apparently were not stepping foot near this place. It sounds ridiculous, i mean if people cant goto a club and have a good time, why go? Thank you people for being honest, this place seems like a huge waste of time, money and a definte waste of a birthday celebration.
So I had my 21st Birthday party here. Let me re-start, DON'TPlant your birthday party here. After arriving, had to spend 20 minutes trying to get everyone in (Arrived at 10PM). Had to run around trying to find the person in charge for bottle service, at 12:00 AM went outside and was not being allowed in, with all my stuff inside I was stuck outside on my OWN damn birthday. WTF. Our booth was taken buy some random people, told the person in charge and instead of kicking them out one of buddies got kicked out. Seriously, go to Embassy, Muzic or anywhere else. Take my word don't have your birthday party here.

i was invited to a party -bottle service included and aside from that was hasitant to go since work was in the mourning .. after reading these reviews i think ill be staying home tonight. i myself have a bad temper and if i'd be in either of these positions i'd probably just loose it. thanks torontonians for being real, my pet peeve is RUDE SERVICE.. especially if my hard working money is going to bitchs and douches.
carpets were sticky. Rude staff at the bar, paid 500 dollars for bottle and got kicked out cause i wanted to step outside to call a cab for my friend cause he was too drunk. The bouncer grabbed me by my shirt and kicked me out. Worst experience ever...do not go!
The place is decorated super ugly, the floor stick to your shoos cause they didnt was their carpets and the service is poor. I can't believe this is ranked number 3 in the Toronto top ten according to this website. There goes your credibility .
brought my visiting family out to enjoy the night...the staff treated everyone like animals yelling, kicking one of us out for saying to a bouncer "you dont need to yell" then yelled and threatened to kick me out when inquiring about my family member, aftter she had paid $30..the lights in the club turned on at 2 and the music soon shut off and then they kicked everyone out, yelling behind you the entire time....worst xpererience ever..do not visit this club, not worth the hassle...
At the line for cover, I witnessed a girl being told she was too drunk to enter the bar (which she probably was). However, she had already been allowed in by the bouncer at the door and she had already paid the $10 cover. She asked for her money back, and the lady working cover refused and had her removed by a bouncer. After witnessing this, I complained to the cover lady and asked to speak with her manager. Instead, she told the bouncer to kick me out as well.
I've never been kicked out of a bar in my life, and later in the night - several of my friends were kicked out for no reason as well. Maybe its a club policy? Either way, there are better nightclubs in the area that understand customer service.
I took a limo bus to the Mansion with a party of 30 people for a triple birthday party. We paid for private booths and bottle service. The first half hour was great until three people from our group started showing signs that they were drunk and immediately got dragged out by the bouncers. Around 1:30am I myself got dragged out by two bouncers who didn't say anything to me as to the reason why, even after I asked what was going on they said nothing to me and just dragged me outside, leaving me out on the street in the freezing cold without my coat and large bruises on my arms from where they aggressively grabbed me. I have never seen so many people get dragged out and treated like animals. This was the worst nightclub experience I ever had and don't recommend going especially if you plan on having anything to drink. There are way better clubs in Toronto with more respect for their clientele.
